Pricing

All products offered for sale by Kraftyhands are priced in pounds Sterling. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product.

Availability

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Payment

We accept online payments through a secure environment by PAYPAL and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling, we also accept payment by post via a cheque made payable to Kraftyhands, please appreciate that goods will not be sent until funds have cleared. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Delivery & Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, please do not contact us unless your order has not been received after this time. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise through the Post Office or Royal Mail due to adverse weather conditions nor seasonal circumstances. The post has always been slow around busy periods such as Christmas, please ensure you allow enough time if your purchase is for a gift!

Returns

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. N.B. Refunds will not be given on CD’s returned if a fault is not found on opening the CD. I’m sure you can appreciate how easy it is to copy a CD these days! This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive back to us.
